'MY GOAL IS TO HELP SPECIALISTS OF ALL AGES IMPROVE THEIR GAME'
I kicked at the U. of Tennessee from 2003-06 and was the 2nd all time leading scorer in Tennessee history.
I was also a kicker at Hendersonville High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and set state records for the most field goals in a career (36) and in a season (21) my senior year. In 2010, I was named the All Decade High School Kicker for the state of Tennessee.
Over the past two years I worked with a former special teams coach from the NFL named Gary Zauner. Zauner has coached over 19 Pro Bowlers in his 13 year NFL career.
Last year, I also interned as Special Teams Assistant at the University of Tennessee under Coach Eddie Gran. Gran has been a special teams coach in the SEC for 16 years for with Ole Miss, Auburn, Tennessee. Coach Gran was just recently accepted the promotion to Associate Head Coach at Florida State University.
Working with Coach Zauner and Coach Gran has given me the opportunity to develop my coaching skills while working with NFL and college specialists from across the country. This past July I came back to Tennessee to work with specialists from across the state of Tennessee.
My goal is to help specialists of all ages improve their play and to assist coaches in making their special teams the best it can be.
ONE ON ONE LESSONS:
Lessons include:
-Professional One on One Instruction
- All workouts will be videotaped along with a video review after the session.
- Kicking sessions consist of one hour fifteen minute instruction on field with a 30 minute video review.
- Minimum of two lessons required.
- DVD Copy of each lesson will be provided.
PHONE CONSULTATION AND VIDEO REVIEW:
-Phone Consultation
- Recruiting
- Questions on technique, basic kicking tips, and sport psychology
-Video Review
- Review video of a practice or game
- Evaluate a specialists talent for the next level
HIGH SCHOOL CLINICS:
High School Clinics include:
-5 hrs of drills and coaching with specialists (3 hrs in morning & 2 hrs in afternoon)
-1 hr 30 min. of video review with specialists
-In afternoon session the focus will be on kick & punt with snappers & holders
-Evaluation of team's specialists with Head Coach or Special Teams Coach
-Available for on call consulting by phone or video evaluation of specialists during the football season
*Clinic includes Kickers, Punters, Snappers for the same High School and affiliated Middle School

-Sport Psychology sessions include:
* Visualization techniques
* Game preparation
* Controlling 'emotions' in pressure situations
* Forming a Pre Performance Routine
* Positive Self Talk
